New Employee Training for Front Desk Users

This Front Desk Users' page will guide you to Articles that will help you navigate and get started in the System. Select the links in the order that they are listed for a comprehensive Training Guide that will take you step-by-step through the System with your workflow in mind.

Navigation

  • Home Dashboard: The Home Dashboard is your landing place when you log into the System. Frequently used panels can be pinned here for ease of access.
  • Patient Lookup: There are multiple ways to search for a Patient in the System.


Calendar Navigation

The Calendar is the place where Patient Appointments are created and managed.

Links on the Patient's Appointment Screen

Some Users may not be able to access all the links due to User Permissions restrictions.

  • Charges are not usually entered by the Front Desk staff and may be restricted by User Permissions.
  • Service History: View the History of all the Patient's Encounters
  • Eligibility: Shows Eligibility history with the status of the Eligibility check.
  • This link does not check Eligibility.
  • The link is only visible if your Practice is using the Eligibility feature, and the User has Permissions in User Maintenance.
