Demographics Panel: Encounters

The Encounter Demographics screen provides basic demographic information, such as name, address, DOB, and phone numbers.


From the Encounter Demographic Panel, you have access to:

  1. EditPatient Demographic Edit screen
  2. Forms: Run and Print Forms, such as Face Sheets, ABN, etc.
  3. ContactsAdd and Edit Contacts.
  4. Submission Names: Add and Edit Submission Names.
