Patient Dashboard > Demographics Panel > Edit

  1. Patient Demographics
  • Update Patient Demographic Information as needed.
  1. Patient Address/Contact Information
  • Ensure that the Patient Contact Information is correct if utilizing Balance Notifications or Appointment Reminders.
  1. Notifications *This is a Premium Add-On Feature
  • This information can be updated as needed.
  • Notifications will not be delivered if incorrect information is added in the Patient Address/Contact Information panel.
  1. Additional Info
  1. Select Save [F2].
