Patient Dashboard > Demographics Panel > Modify 

  1. Patient Demographics

    • Update Patient Demographic Information as needed.

  2. Patient Address/Contact Information

    • Ensure that the Patient Contact Information is correct if utilizing Balance Notifications or Appointment Reminders.

  3. Notifications *This is a Premium-Add On Feature

      • This information can be updated as needed.

      • Notifications will not be delivered if incorrect information is added in the Patient Address/Contact Information panel.

  1. Additional Info

  2. Select Save [F2].
