Modify a Patient's Information

Patient Demographics
Update Patient Demographic Information as needed.
Patient Address/Contact Information
Ensure that the Patient Contact Information is correct if utilizing Balance Notifications or Appointment Reminders.
Notifications *This is a Premium-Add On Feature
Opt the Patient in or out for Appointment Reminders.
Select the desired Phone Number and Email.
This information can be updated as needed.
Notifications will not be delivered if incorrect information is added in the Patient Address/Contact Information panel.
