Patients

  • Unchecking takes away access to the Patient Dashboard completely and all of its Panels.

  • Patient Appointments: Patient Appointments panel on the Patient Dashboard.
  • Patient Demographics
  • Patient Documents: Patient Documents panel on the Patient Dashboard. 
  • Patient Insurances: Active Policies Panel on the Patient Dashboard.
  • Accept Scanning Changes: Ability to accept changes when scanning documents
  • Appointment Reminder History
  • Balance: Balance Panel on the Patient Dashboard.
  • Demographics: Demographics Panel.
  • Guarantor: Guarantor Panel
  • Notes: Notes Panel on the Patient Dashboard
  • Service Documentation
  • This does not affect access to the Forms on the Calendar.
  • Access all Patients: The User can access all patients, but cannot add insurance or register patients if the boxes are not checked.
  • Add Patient Insurance: Ability to add Patient Insurance on the Patient Registration screen.
  • Assign Insurance to Policy: Forces the Pending Checkbox to be checked and grayed out.
  • Register Patient: Ability to Register new Patients on the Find Patient/Guarantor screen.
  • This does not affect registering Patients on the Calendar.

  • Add: Add button on Cases Dashboard.
  • User can still click the button will receive an Access Restricted message
  • Delete: Delete button on Cases Dashboard
  • Add/Modify Case: Add/manage cases

  • Provider Profile: Ability to build a Provider Profile
  • Add/Modify Note: For Therapy databases, if the user is a Therapist, access to the Patient Dashboard's Note Bank functions for notes.
  • For Progress Note, Goal Note, or Treatment Note, access to the Add New Note button or Modify icon
  • With permission removed the User can still see the Add New Note button but will get Access Restricted Message, and the Modify icon will not be accessible
