All Active Policies display on this panel. These policies may be different than the Encounter Active Policies if the patient changed Insurances and there are remaining balances on the old Insurance.

• Insurance Management: Opens the Insurance Management screen.
  
• Eligibility History: Shows the history of all Eligibility checks.
  
• Estimate History: Shows Patient Responsibility Estimate. *This is a premium add-on feature.
  
• Insurance name: Hover your cursor over the Insurance name to show payer details. The Payer ID can be used to verify insurance against the Patient's Insurance card.
  

• Select the Insurance name to modify the policy information.
  
• Card Scanned: Select Scan to scan an insurance card directly to the Insurance using Direct Scanning. *This is a premium add-on feature.
  
• Select Verify to check Eligibility.
  
• To check Eligibility for a specific date, select the plus symbol (+) to enter a date before checking Eligibility.
  

• After checking Eligibility, a Date Range displays.
  
• Select the Date Range to view the Eligibility results at any time without checking Eligibility again.
