Demographics Panel

The Demographics panel contains Patient Information.

Demographics Panel

  • Edit: Select the Edit link to make changes to the Patient's Demographics.
  • Forms: Select Forms to open Patient Forms that can be printed.
  • ContactsAdd or change Patient Contacts information. Contacts can originally be added on the Patient Registration screen. After that screen is saved, all edits have to be done on the Patient Dashboard.
  • Submission Names: Use if the name on the Insurance Card is different than the Patient's Account Name. It is Payer specific.
  • Add to WorklistSelect to add the Patient to a Worklist.
  • Change Log: See the changes that have been made to the Patient Dashboard. The Change Log shows past information, new information, who made the change, and when it was made.
  • Emergency Contact: If the Contact is marked as an Emergency Contact, it will display on the Patient Dashboard.
  • Select the Plus icon  to expand the panel to view the Patient's full Demographics. When this section is expanded, you can quickly see who added the Patient and who last Modified the Patient Demographics.
