Case Dashboard

Case Dashboard

The Case Dashboard is the overall view of a Case and the Authorization attached to it.


Access the following from the Case Dashboard:


  1. Select the Edit link to modify the Case.
  2. In the Notes panel, notes can be viewed and added.
  3. Edit an existing Note by selecting the Date of the Note.
  4. Add Contacts.
  5. Edit existing Contacts.
  6. Add an Authorization to the Case.
  7. Edit an existing Authorization by selecting the Authorization Number.
  8. List of Claims attached to the Case.
  9. Appointments that are attached to the Case.
  • Select the Appointment Date to navigate to the Appointment on the Calendar.
