Case Dashboard
The Case Dashboard is the overall view of a Case and the Authorization attached to it.
- Case Panel
- Displays Case Information.
- Use the Modify link to change the details on the Case.

- Notes Panel
- Select the Notes link open a list of Case Notes
- Add a new Note, Delete or Modify an existing Note.
- Select the Add link to add a new Note.
- Select the Note Date to Modify the Case Note and add or modify the Followup Date.

- Contacts Panel
- Select the Add link to enter a new Contact.
- Select the Modify icon to edit an existing Contact.

- Authorizations Panel
- Select the Add link to add an Authorization.
- Number: If an Authorization Number already exists, select the link to edit an existing Authorization
- Encounters: Select the Encounters link to isolate the Claims and Appointments that are associated with the Authorization in the Case Claims and Case Appointments sections.
- Details: This column displays the details that was entered on the Add/Modify Authorization screen, such as Effective Date, Number of Visits authorized, Number Used, Number Remaining.
- Added: Date and Time the Authorization was added.

- Case Claims Panel: List of Encounters attached to the Case.
- Select the Encounter number to navigate to the Encounter Dashboard.

- Case Appointments Panel: Appointments that are attached to the Case.
- Select the Appointment Date to navigate to the Appointment on the Calendar.

- Demographics Panel
- Patient Demographics and Contacts are displayed.
- Patient Demographics, Contacts, and Submission Names can be added or modified using the respective links.
- Forms can be printed.
