The Case Dashboard is the overall view of a Case and the Authorization attached to it.
Access the following from the Case Dashboard:
- Select the Edit link to modify the Case.
- In the Notes panel, notes can be viewed and added.
- Edit an existing Note by selecting the Date of the Note.
- Add Contacts.
- Edit existing Contacts.
- Add an Authorization to the Case.
- Edit an existing Authorization by selecting the Authorization Number.
- List of Claims attached to the Case.
- Appointments that are attached to the Case.
- Select the Appointment Date to navigate to the Appointment on the Calendar.
