Charge Management Rule Actions
Charge Management (CM) is a very popular System feature used to flag Encounters that need to be reviewed and/or edited before Claims are submitted. A frequent request has been to add functionality to CM to automate the desired Claim edits.
A new Actions panel has been added to Charge Management, which can be used to automate Claim modifications.

Balance Forward Line on Invoices
The Balance Forward lines on Invoices have been grouped by Invoice number for easier identification of previous Invoices that still have a balance.

Employers can now be sent to Collections using the existing Pre-Collections process. Additionally, multiple Employer Encounters can be removed from the In Collections list screen.

Automatically Refund in Credit Management
This features allows you to Post Multiple Refunds in one step, which provides a more efficient way to work your Patient, Insurance, and Invoice Refunds. When the Refunds are auto-posted, a Print Checks list is created where Refund checks can be printed.

County Field Enhancement
If the County field is blank, you can now use the City field to add the corresponding County. If a City does not exist in the System City list, you can add the City and the County.

Attach Procedure Codes to an Anesthesia Time Units Profile to choose how Units are calculated based on the Procedure Code.

Anesthesia Modifier 22 Unit Increase
When Modifier 22 is applied to an Anesthesia Claim, it will automatically increase the Base Units by the specific number selected in the Time Unit Calculation Settings.
