Appointment List Report

The Appointment List Report can be used to print your Daily Appointment Schedule and a No Show List.

  • Select specific Date, Resource, and Facilities.
  • The Resources and Date default to the Date and Resources chosen on the Calendar, but can be modified.


Ways to run the Appointment List:

  • Scheduling DashboardReports panel > Appointment List button;
  • Reports on the Left Side MenuScheduling Panel > Appointment List button or
  • From the Calendar, select the second tab and choose Schedule.
  • This report pre-populates with the date and resources being viewed if accessed from the Calendar.

 


Choose the Report Criteria

  • In the first section of the Appointment List criteria screen, choose the options that you want on the list.

  • In the Include section, choose what items to include.
  • In the Status section, choose the Statuses to include.
  • Scheduled, Confirmed, and Reminded are generally included in a Daily Appointment list.
  • The choices in this section are dependent on the Statuses that were set up in Scheduling Setup.

  • In the final section:
  • Notes in Column: Check if you want a separate column with Notes added to the Appointment.
  • Include Blocked Appointments: Blocked Appointments show as BLK in the Type column.
  • Sort by: Choose how you want the report sorted.
  • Output Format: Choose what format you want the report in.
  • This defaults to PDF, which is the most common format for this report.
  • Orientation: Choose Portrait or Landscape.
  • Font Size: Options are M, L, XL, or XXL.
  • Cover Page: Select the checkbox for a Cover Page to print.
  • Select Run [F2].

A list of a Patient's future Appointments can be printed from the Appointment screen.

  • On the Patient Appointment screen, select the Print Schedule link.

  1. Select the Resource(s).
  • If running this report from the Calendar, the Resources that you have chosen on the Calendar will already be selected here.
  • If left blank, it will run all Resources.
  1. Select the Date Range.
  • If running from the Calendar, the Date Range defaults to the Day an the Calendar.
  • If running from Scheduling Dashboard > Appointment List or from Reports > Appointment List, the Date From Date will default to the current date (Today's Date)
  1. Use the Inc/Exc fields to specify/narrow your search.

  1. Include the Following Fields: Select the checkboxes for the Fields to display on your Report.

  1. Select the Appointment Status checkboxes for:
  • Scheduled
  • Confirmed
  • Reminded
  1. Notes in Column: Select the checkbox if you want the Appointment Notes to be printed on the Schedule.
  2. Make selections for Sorting, Output, Page Orientation, Font Size, & Cover Page.
  3. Footer InfoDeselect the checkbox for Footer.
  4. Select Run [F2].

It is recommended to Save the Appointment List Reports that you run Daily.

No Show List

Use the Appointment List to run a No Show List.


Use the Status filter for Scheduled, and if your group has call reminders, Confirmed and Reminded.


Report Recommendations

  • Save the Report Filters for the reports that you run daily.
  • Run the Appointment List Report at the end of the day or the following morning for your Front Desk, Billers, and/or Providers.
  • Run the No Show Report at the end of each day in order to update your Calendar.
  • The Report can be scheduled to run automatically at a specific time each day.
