Create a Job to run Reports
- From Reports on the left sidebar, select the Report to run.
- Set the parameters for your report and Run to make sure the report output is what you expected.
- Click Save in the Saved Report Filters box.
- Enter a Title for the Report and a Description
- Click Save or press F2.
- Click the small Green Calendar to the right of the saved report.
Pop-up displays the Modify Job Schedule screen
- Run Functions: Defaults to Report.
- For User: Choose a user.
- Upload Options: If applicable, select the checkbox to Upload to external site?
- Choose site from the dropdown if applicable
- Pattern: Choose how often you want the job to run.
- Range:
- Select a Start Date.
- Select Time of Day you want the report to run.
- Select No End Date, # of Recurrences, or select an End Date
- Click Save or press F2.
View the Report
On the Report Dashboard: In My Reports panel, click View on the scheduled report.
OR
From Admin on the left sidebar, select Job Scheduler.
- Click View on the Report that ran from the Job Scheduler
- Click View on the Report History screen.
- Report Output.
