This information can be reported using the Custom Appointment Query.
Missing Encounter Report. Appointments with a Function As status of Cancel or Reschedule, are automatically excluded from the Missing Encounter Report. If Active Appointment is chosen, you will choose Include or Exclude.
Choose how you want the appointment with this status to display on the calendar.
Cross Out: If the checkbox is selected, appointments with this Status will be crossed out on the calendar.
Hideable: When the checkbox is selected, this Status will be available in the Calendar filters, allowing users to choose to exclude or include Appointments with this Status from their Calendar view.
Late: Include appointments with this Status on the Late Tab of the calendar. For example, Scheduled and Confirmed would be Statuses you'd typically want to track if Late, and an appointment with the Status of Cancelled would not be one you'd track as Late.
