Statement History/View Patient Statements & Notifications

Statements > History > Guarantor number > Statements/Notification History Panel

A list of all Statements and Notifications is viewable on the Statement/Invoice Batch History screen.

  • Detailed History information is given for each Statement/Notification.
  • Dates, Status, User, New and Previous Encounters, etc.


History Details

  1. Batch: Batch Number that this Statement was in.
  2. Statement Profile that was used.
  3. Batched: The Date the Statement was Batched.
  4. By: Who batched the Statement.
  • Job Executor will display If the Statement was batched by the Job Scheduler.
  • The User's ID will display if manually batched.
  1. Uploaded: Date the Statement was Uploaded
  2. By: User who uploaded the Statement.
  3. Patient: Patient Name(s). The Guarantor can have more than one Patient attached.
  4. New Encounters in the Statement Batch: These are Encounters that have never been billed on a Statement.
  5. Amount of the New Encounters.

  1. Encounters Previously Billed.
  2. Amount of Previously Billed Encounters
  3. Total Amount Billed (New and Previously Billed)
  4. Status of the Statement (Mailed, Not Yet Mailed, etc)
  5. Manually Removed: Encounters that were manually removed by a User.
  6. Not Batched: Encounters that did not batch.
  7. Exception: Reason an Encounter did not batch.


View Patient/Guarantor Statements & Notifications

The Statements and Notifications can be viewed in the Statement/Notification History Panel on the Guarantor Dashboard.

  • On the Patient Dashboard, select the Guarantor's name.

  • All the Statements/Notifications are displayed for this Guarantor in the Statement/Notification History panel.
  • The Statements are viewable for a limited amount of time, but will always be in the list.
  • The Statement default to view Statements is 120 days. After 120 days, the View option will not be available.
  • If you need this changed, contact Support.

View a Statement or Notification

  • In the Statement/Notification History or Invoice History panel:
  • Select the Plus icon beside the line you want to open.
  • To view the Statement or Notification, select the Envelope icon in the Message column.
