Multiple Tasks can be Modified or Completed in one step.
Complete One or Multiple Worklist Tasks
- On the Worklists screen, select a Task number.

- Select the Task(s) to remove (or use the check-all checkbox).
- The maximum number of updates allowed at one time is 1,000 records.
- Select Modify Selected Tasks.

- Status: Choose Complete from the dropdown.
- Add a Note.
- To make fields Mandatory or Not Mandatory, use the Keys.
- Select Save (F2).
- Validation Warning: Select Save & Continue.

View Completed Worklist Tasks
- Select a Task number on the Worklist screen.

- Choose Complete from the Status dropdown.
- Select a Task number to modify the Task or select the checkbox to Modify the selected Task(s).

Modify One or Multiple Tasks
Other Fields that can be modified on Multiple Tasks in one step. See steps 1 through 3 above. Use the Keys to control which fields are Mandatory.
- Worklist: Choose another Worklist of the same Type, such as Encounter, Patient, ERA, etc.
- Priority: Change to a different Priority.
- Status: In addition to Completing multiple Tasks, the Status can be changed to Assigned and In Progress.
- Assignee: Choose an Assignee or change to a different Assignee.
- Follow-Up: A Follow-Up Date can be added or changed.
- Due: A new Due Date can be assigned, or it can be Cleared.
