Worklist Filters

Filters Options on the Worklist screen

  • Total By & Subtotal By: Use these filters along with the Type filter to create multiple views of the Worklist. (Worklist Total By Option below)
  • Type: Works in conjunction with Total By & Subtotal By. Worklists are Type specific.
    • All
    • Appointment
    • Encounter
    • Patient
    • Miscellaneous
    • Receipt
    • Remit
  • Select a User or All.
  • Patient: Select a Patient to see only the Tasks for that Patient.
  • Description: Enter a partial description to find a specific Worklist.
  • Tags: Include or Exclude Tasks that have Encounters with specific Tags.
  • Checkboxes:
  1. Include Tasks Assigned to Other Users
  2. Include Unassigned: This option will include Tasks that have not been assigned to any User. You will only see Unassigned Tasks on Worklists where you have access. It is checked by default.
  3. Follow-up Tasks
  4. Include Inactive Worklists
  5. Include Closed Tasks

Worklist Total By Option 

Total By and Subtotal By options provides the versatility to display the Worklist in many different views. The Type of Worklist selected drives the results.  

  • Example:  

  • Total By: Task Age                                                             

  • Sub-Total By: Worklist Type  

  • Type: All vs Encounter  


Worklist 'Total By' Option Default Types 

  • Appointment Worklist Total By options: Appointment.

  • Encounter Worklist Total By options: Encounter.

  • Patient Worklist Total By options: Patient.

  • Receipt Worklist Total By options: Receipt.

  • Remit Worklist Total By options: Remit.

 

Examples:

  • Select Total By Remit WorklistInsurance, and Type defaults to Remit.

  • Select Total By Encounter WorklistInsurance, and Type defaults to Encounter.

  • Select Total By Appointment WorklistInsurance, and Type defaults to Appointment.
