Pull Data to Print a Label
Labels cannot be directly run in the System. However, you can use one of the following reports to create a list to export for use in Microsoft Excel to create labels.
There are four reports that can be used to generate address data.
- If the Recall Report is used, all columns that do not contain the name, address, city, state, and zip code will need to be removed.
Export the List
- Export the results to a CSV file.
- Once you have formatted the report with the criteria that you need, use the Excel icon to export it to a csv file.

- Save the csv file as an Microsoft Excel document.

- Use Microsoft mail merge to create and print to your local printer or label maker.
