Create Forms

A form can be a superbillface sheet, or any other form.

You can create and maintain additional forms by purchasing and using a PDF Creator tool.

  • We recommend using Fox It PDF Editor Pro, but any software that allows you to edit or write a PDF will work.
  • Find the instructions online for whichever tool you choose.
  • YouTube would be a good place to start.
  • Create the form, which is typically done in MS Excel or Word.
  • Save the form as a PDF document (PDF only).
  • Open the PDF in Fox It PDF or another PDF Editor.

Next Step

After the Form has been created, Map the Form using System fields.
