Statement Test Batch and Proof

Statement Test Batch and Proof

Statement Test Batch Criteria

Before your Statement Go-Live, a Statement Test Batch must be created and uploaded to the Statement Department.

  • Statement Test Batch should be created for each Statement Profile that has been created.
  • When you create the first batch, a Ticket will be generated to notify our Database Admin Team that the batch is ready.
  • The Database Admin Team will work with the Statement Team to create your Statement service.
  • A Statement proof will be sent for your approval.
  • Allow  7-14 business days to receive the proof for your approval.
  • The Statement Department will create a User Name and Password to the Etactics website to give you access to the proof.
  • The main contact will receive an email (from noreply@etacticsinc.com) with log in instructions to the website.
  • Once you are logged in, sign-off on the approval by email or fax.
  • When the Statement Department receives the final approval, they will update the Statement service from Test to Production.
  • If the proof approval is received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Statements can be uploaded the next business day.
  • If the proof approval is sent after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Statements can be uploaded on the second business day afterward.
  • After the Statement Service is changed to Production, live Statement Batches can be created and uploaded.

Additional Statement Customization Options

There are two additional customization options available for Statements:

  • Logo (if provided)
  • Column Title Colors

If the provided customization options do not align with your Statement needs, a new Statement Sample must be selected.

Statement Changes that Do Not Require a New Proof

Minor changes and changes made to the Statement Profile do not require a new proof, including:

  • Account Number
  • To prepend the Account Number on Statements, use the System Setting ACCTNO (Admin > System Settings > Statements > ACCTNO).
  • Output Example: ACCT61126

  • Account #: On the Statement Profile, in the One Statement Per dropdown, choose whether to use the Patient ID or Guarantor ID as the Account Number.

  • One Statement Per Guarantor Output Example: G151124

  • One Statement Per Patient Output Example: P1034039

  • Contact Information
  • Contact Information and corresponding text can be adjusted on the Statement Profile in the Contact Info on Statement panel.
