Statement Test Batch and Proof

Statement Test Batch and Proof

Test Batches must be done by your Implementation Manager or Support.

Before your Statement Go-Live, a Statement Test Batch must be created and uploaded to the Statement Department.

  • Statement Test Batch should be created for each Statement Profile that has been created.
  • After uploading the Statement Test Batch(es), it will take about 2 weeks to receive a proof for your approval and sign-off.
  • The Statement Department will create a User Name and Password to the eTactics website where you can view and print the proof.
  • Sign-off and fax the approval back to eTactics.
  • When the Statement Department receives the final approval, they will switch you from Test to Production for Statements.
    • If the proof approval is received before 3:00 PM, it will be sent to code review the same day and moved into production the next business day.
    • If the proof approval is sent after 3:00 PM, the code review will occur the next business day and moved into productions the following business day.
  • Live Statement Batches can now be created and uploaded.
  • To create the Statement Test Batch, follow these instructionsManually Batch Statements.
