The POPS Appointments screen allows Patients and Guarantors to view their Past and Upcoming Appointments.
- Guarantors will be able to see the Appointments for all of their Patients or filter for a specific Patient.
POPS Appointments Setup
- In the POPS Group, select the Enable Appointments checkbox in the Scheduling panel to enable this functionality.
POPS Appointments
- Select the Appointments link.
- Use the Filters to find specific Appointments.

- Select the up/down arrows to expand or collapse the Upcoming or Past Appointment panels.
- The Past Appointments panel will be collapsed by default.
- Select anywhere on the Appointment to view more information.

View the Appointment Details
View more information about an Appointment by selecting an Appointment on the Appointments screen (see Step 4 above).
- The Appointment Screen gives more information about the selected Appointment, such as the:
- Patient Name
- Date
- Type
- Provider
- Location
- Select the Location link to view the clinic location on Google Maps.
- The Appointment Number on the bottom right of the Appointment corresponds with the Appointment Number in the PM.
