Patient Outreach serves as a hub that provides access to Appointment Reminders, Recall Reminders, and Balance Notifications.

Appointment Reminders (Premium Add-On)
- Set up and manage SMS, Email, and Voice Appointment Reminders.
- If the Calendar is being used, Appointment Reminders can be sent to the Patients on a specific date, such as 2 days before the Appointment.
Balance Notifications (Premium Add-On)
- Instead of Statements, Balance Notifications can be sent by Text, Email, and/or Voice Message to the Patient/Guarantor.
- Note: Balance Notifications can also be managed from the Statement Profile.
Workflow for Appointment and Recall Reminders

- Contact your Account Manager for information on getting started.
- Set up System Settings.
- Create some Basic Message Templates. Create at least one message for each delivery method that you are using.
- Add the Appointment Reminder and Recall Sets
- The Reminder Sets tell the System:
- When: The Day, Week, Year, and time to send the Message.
- How: Delivery Method by Text Message (SMS), Email Address, or Voice Message
- Where: The recipient's phone number or email address is required to send the message.
