Notification Queue
Upload Notifications
When Statements/Balance Notifications are uploaded, the Notifications are loaded into the Notification Queue. At this point, they are scheduled to run.
Notifications that will be sent can be found in several locations.
- Notification Queue link on the Modify Statement Profiles screen in the Notifications panel.
- (Admin > Statement Profiles button > Modify icon on the Statement Profile > Notifications panel > Notifications Queue link)

(Scheduling > Patient Outreach button > Modify icon on the Statement Profile > Notification panel > Notification Queue link)


- Statement Management Dashboard
- (Statements > Notifications panel on the Statements/Invoice Management Dashboard > All Notifications link)

- Statements Batch Dashboard
- (Statements > Statement Batch number > Notifications button)

Notification Status/History
For troubleshooting, the Status and the Status History columns are helpful in determining which Message was used at the time the Notification was sent.
- Keep in mind the message and delivery will always be based on the highest Dunning Level.
