Getting Started Overview

Before you can start using your System, there is some initial setup that needs to be completed. All offices are busy which makes it important to do in-office training with your staff so that they will be ready for Go-Live day. There is no substitute for hands-on training. Your staff can enter Patient, Charge, and Payment data into the System before Go-Live which will be deleted before the Go-Live date.
  1. Proper setup will facilitate your billing process

  3. Create a plan for in-office training for your staff.
