Troubleshooting
If you have trouble viewing a PDF using Chrome, disable the Chrome PDF Plugin.
- Open Google Chrome on your computer. It is in the Applications folder on MacOS, and the All Apps area of the Start menu on Windows.
- Click the vertical ellipses menu (3 dots) at the top-right of Chrome.

- Click Settings.
- In the Search Box, enter PDF.
- Click Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click Additional Permissions.
- Scroll down and click PDF Documents.
- To disable, click the button on the right. Make sure it is off (not blue), otherwise, Chrome will prompt you to download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
