Mass Write Off History
To view all Receipts generated by a Mass Write Off, select the Mass Write Off History link on the Mass Write Off screen.
Admin > Mass Write Off button > Mass Write Off History link
Mass Write Off History Screen
Using the Filter Criteria, you can search for Mass Write Offs by the Receipt number or the Date of the Receipt.
To open the Receipt Dashboard, select the Receipt link.
To open the Batch Details, select the Batch link.
This displays the Reference Batch associated with this Receipt.
For both options above: Select the Mass Write Off link on the upper left to return to the Mass Write Off screen.
