Eligibility History Report
Reports > Patient panel > Eligibility History button.
This report can be used to view the Eligibility checks for a specific User, Insurance, DOS, and Status. It displays each Eligibility Check by Patient with the Eligibility Status.
- Select the Eligibility History button from Reports on the Left Side Menu.

- Use the Filter Criteria to view specific Verifications:
- Request Date From/To
- Requested By: User who made the Request
- Patient ID/Name
- Insurance
- Policy
- Status
- Exceptions
- DOS
- Note
- Select the Search button.

- Select the View or Manual Entry link to see a Patient's Individual Eligibility Report.
- The Status column shows the resulting Status of the Eligibility Request.

Examples: The Report can be used to see:
- The Eligibility checks that were requested yesterday by User, CTEST.

- The Eligibility checks that were done yesterday that returned a Not Eligible response.

Patient Dashboard Eligibility History
- On the Patient Dashboard in the Active Policies panel, select Eligibility History to view all the Patient's Eligibility Verification checks.
- Use the Filter Criteria to narrow the search.

- Select the Eligibility Date on the Insurance Line to view the Eligibility Report.

Patient Appointment Screen
Select the Patient's Appointment on the Calendar.
- The icon on the Eligibility Button shows a quick view of the Eligibility Status, such as a green check mark, red X, etc.
- Hover Over the Eligibility Button to view the Patient's Eligibility Verification checks.
- Displays Insurance, Policy #, Role, User, Eligibility Status
- Select the Eligibility Button for more Eligibility information.
- In addition to the Hover Over Information, it displays the Date the Verification was done.
- The Verify link can be used to do an Eligibility check.
- The Plus symbol can be used to check Eligibility for a specific DOS.

Scheduling Dashboard
Select the Batch Eligibility Results button.
- Displays the Eligibility Jobs that have been run by the Job Scheduler with the ability to View individual Patient's Eligibility Status.

- Use the Filter Criteria to run by specific Statuses, Scheduled Date, or Appointment Date.
- Select the View link to display all the Individual Eligibility Checks in the Job by Patient.
- Select the Appointment Date to navigate to that date on the Calendar.

Job Scheduler
Admin > Setup Panel > Job Scheduler button

This is an Admin function, therefore you may not have access.
- Select Batch Eligibility or Batch Eligibility by DOS from the Function dropdown menu in the Filter Criteria.
- Select the View link to see the Individual Patient Eligibility Checks in the last batch that was run for that Job.
