Quick Registration for New Patients

Register a New Patient from the Calendar or using the Navigation Search Box (Go-Box)

You can use the Quick Registration option when registering a Patient from the Calendar or using QR in the Navigation Search Box.

  1. Make specific fields mandatory or non-mandatory. Learn More: Mandatory Fields


Navigation Search Box (Go-Box)
  • Entering QR in the Navigation Search Box will open a Patient Registration screen where you can select minimal fields for a Quick Registration. This can be used outside of the Calendar.

    • When the Patient comes into the office for their Appointment, the System will require more fields to be completed.

Calendar Patient Registration 


Quick Registration can be done when registering a Patient using the Calendar with additional information required when the Patient checks-in.
  1. On the Calendar, select the Appointment time slot.

  1. Select the search icon next to the Patient search field.


 

  1. If the Patient is not found, select the Register Patient button.

  1. Follow the same steps for Adding/Registering a New Patient.

 

Quick Registration

If you have made less fields mandatory when registering from the Calendar or from entering QR in the Navigation Search Box, you can add minimal information until the Patient arrives in the office for their Appointment.

For Example: You only want to capture the Patient's Name, date of birth, and phone number when making an Appointment over the phone.

 

 Mandatory Fields 

  1. Select an Appointment Slot.

  1. Select the Lookup icon.

  1. Select the Register Patient button.

  1. Select the Keys beside the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Deselect all checkboxes except First Name, DOB, and Cell Phone.

    • If the fields are gray, they are required and cannot be changed.

  1. Select Save [F2].

 

Quick Appointment Registration on Calendar 

  1. Enter Last Name and First Name.

  1. Enter DOB.

  1. Select Sex.

  1. Enter Cell Phone number.

  1. Select Save [F2].
