Add Appointments for Multiple Resources

 Make Appointments for Multiple Resources 

  1. Select an Appointment Slot where you want one of the Appointments.

  1. Check boxes for several Resources on the Add Appointment screen.

  2. Look up the Patient.

  3. Select Type.

  4. Select the Save/Manage button.


 

  1. Select the New Appt button to use the Copy feature which copies the Patient and Appointment Information.




  1. Close the next screen.

 

Note that the Appointments will be added for the same Time and Type for all the Resources that were checked.

  • Change the Appointment times by dragging the Appointments to the appropriate Time Slot.

  • Open each of the Appointments and choose the Edit Appointment link to change the Appointment Type.

 

 To Avoid Moving the Appointments

  • Choose only one Resource in step 2.

  • Follow steps 3 through 5.

  • Click in each additional Slot and select Paste or simply select an Appointment Type.

    • The Patient automatically populates.

 

When finished, select the Red X on the Title Bar to disconnect from the Patient.
