Modify an Appointment


The following fields can be modified on an existing Appointment:

  • Procedure
  • Duration
  • Case
  • Authorization
  • Referring
  • Referral Reason
  • Reason
  • Note


The Patient, Date, Time, and Resource cannot be modified on the Add Appointment screen.


Modify an Appointment

  1. Select the Patient's Appointment slot.

  1. Select Modify Appointment.
  2. Make the changes in the pop-up window.
  3. Select Save [F2].

Fields that cannot be Modified:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Resource
  • Person


Modify Appointment Screen: Patient Dashboard and Refresh

  • Go directly to the Patient Dashboard by selecting the Modify Icon in the Selected Patient panel.
  • Refresh the screen by selecting the Refresh Icon in the Selected Patient Panel.
  • This will update your screen to show the latest changes.

Mark an Individual Patient as a No Show

  • On the Patient's Appointment screen, select No Show from the Status dropdown.
  • Ideally, this should be done at the end of the day.
  • Exit the screen.
