The following fields can be modified on an existing Appointment:
- Procedure
- Duration
- Case
- Authorization
- Referring
- Referral Reason
- Reason
- Note
The Patient, Date, Time, and Resource cannot be modified on the Add Appointment screen.
Modify an Appointment
- Select the Patient's Appointment slot.

- Select Modify Appointment.
- Make the changes in the pop-up window.
- Select Save [F2].

Fields that cannot be Modified:
Modify Appointment Screen: Patient Dashboard and Refresh
- Go directly to the Patient Dashboard by selecting the Modify Icon in the Selected Patient panel.
- Refresh the screen by selecting the Refresh Icon in the Selected Patient Panel.
- This will update your screen to show the latest changes.

Mark an Individual Patient as a No Show
- On the Patient's Appointment screen, select No Show from the Status dropdown.
- Ideally, this should be done at the end of the day.
