Add an Adjustment Code to a Printed Statement

If the adjustment/Transaction Code does not exist, add it. 

How to change the description of an Adjustment Code on the Statement

  • Select Libraries on the left menu panel.
  • Select the Transactions Codes button.
  • On the Add/Modify Transaction Code screen, type in the Statement Description box the wording that you want the patient to see on the Statement.
  • Save or F2.

If the Statement Description box is blank, the wording in the Description box will print on the statement.
