User Gets Logged Out Too Often


Timeout

If the User is getting logged out of the System too often, the System Timeout can be changed by the Site Admin in the System.

  • Admin > User Maintenance
  • Select the User ID.
  • Enter your Password in order to access the User.
  • Using the dropdown, change the Timeout to a longer time period.
  • Select Save [F2].
