User Account Lock and Login Notifications

A User will receive an email if:
  • A User has too many unsuccessful login attempts, which will lock the User's account;
  • The User is logging in on a computer that you have not used to log into the System previously; or
  • The User has not logged into the System in the last 30 days.


Failed Login Attempt

  1. You are receiving this email because the password was incorrect for your User ID.

If this was not you, please contact your Site Administrator, (Administrator's name)

  1. You are receiving this email as a result of a failed attempt to login to the PM. The reason for the failure was: Invalid User ID/Password.
  2. You are receiving this email as a result of a failed attempt to login to the PM. The reason for the failure was:
    The userid you are attempting to login with is not active.
    Please contact your system administrator.
  3. If you have not logged into the System in the last 30 days, the System will automatically deactivate you. You will receive an email stating:

Contact your Site Admin.

  • You must contact your Site Admin to reactivate your login.


Account is Locked

  • You are receiving this email because your account has been locked due to an excess number of unsuccessful attempts to log in with your User ID.
  • Reset your Password or contact your Site Admin to unlock your account.


First Time on a New Computer

Email notification when a User logs in for the first time on a new computer:

  • A new device was recently used to sign in to your account at (url address).

If this was not you, please reset your password.
