Password Reset

  1. The first time a User logs in, they will be required to reset the Password.
  2. The Password must be reset at least once a year. However, every three months is recommended.
  3. Add the User's email to the User in User Maintenance to allow them to reset their own Password.
  4. When resetting a Password, take note of the Password Security criteria.

User Resets their Password

  1. If you are already logged in, click your User Name at the top of the screen.
    1. Select Change Password.
  2. If you are on the Log In screen:
    1. Enter your User ID
    2. Select the Forgot Password link.
    3. A temporary Password will be emailed to you.
    4. The System will ask you to change the Password when you log in.

Site Admin Resets a User's Password

  1. Admin > User Maintenance
  2. Select the User ID.
  3. Enter your Password to access the User.
  4. In the Temporary Password field, enter a Temporary Password. (The User will be asked to change their Password when logging in.)
  5. Click Save [F2].
