Custom Queries - Admin 

These are custom SQL queries that are written for clients to extract specific information to meet specific needs. There may be a charge for the creation of the Custom Query and will be presented to the client before starting the report.

Admin > Custom Queries

Reasons that a client requests a Custom Query:

• The client cannot get the data through a standard System delivered report; or

• A report that contains the data they need, but it contains too much data.

Adjustment Audit

The Admin Custom Query can be used to audit Adjustments on all CPTs® that have written off by a CO Adjustment Code.

• From Admin on the Left Side Menu, select Custom Queries, Admin Dashboard and Custom Query

• From the list, find Audit Adjustments.

• Select Run on the right.

The addition of the Custom Query Reports on the Report screen have eliminated most of the need for Custom Queries. There are 5 System delivered Custom Query Reports.

• Custom Encounter Query (CEQ)

• Custom Transaction Query (CTQ)

• Custom Patient Query (CPQ)
  

• Custom Appointment Query (CAQ)
