Add an Alternate Address to an Existing Insurance

From the Insurance Management panel

  1. Go to the Active Policies panel on the Patient or Encounter Dashboard, click the Insurance name where you want to enter an Alternate Address. An administrator can also add the Alternate Address​​ in the Insurance Library.

  1. Click the Lookup icon (magnifying glass) next to the Address ID.

  2. Check the existing Alternate Address IDs in the list before adding a new address to avoid duplication.

    • If the address is there, choose the Address ID.  If not, go to the next step.

  1. To add a new address to the Insurance, click Add.

  2. Enter the new Address Information.

  3. Click Save or press F2.
