An Insurance Profile represents all responsible parties in the order they are used. Each Profile contains all the Insurances the patient has at that time. Self Pay Profile

The Insurance Profile is Grayed Out on the Modify Charge screen
- A Payment may be posted on this Encounter, or
- The Charge is in a Closed Period.
