Sales Tax activation and setup must be done to report on Sales Taxes.

The Sales Tax Report shows line item Sales Tax collected with:

  • Total of taxes collected
  • Total for the Charges where the Sales Tax was applied.


Columns

  • Encounter #
  • DOS: Date of Service
  • LineLine Item # that indicates the position of the Charge relative to other Charges on the Encounter
  • Proc ID: Procedure Code where the tax was applied
  • Units: Number of Units on the Charge.
  • Fee: Charge amount.
  • Fee Total: Charge Fee Total
  • Total Tax
  • Patient ID
  • Patient Name
