Overview

The Recently Accessed Patients Report displays a list of Patient records that have been accessed within the System.

  • This report can be used for auditing and HIPAA compliance, allowing administrators to review which Users accessed which Patients and when.

Recently Accessed Patients

Admin > Recently Accessed Patients

  1. Date Span: Select the Date Span.
  2. From/To: If Date Range was selected above, enter the From/To Dates.
  3. User ID / Role: Filters results to one or more specific Users, or by the Roles associated with the Users.
  4. Patient Type / Patient ID: Select the Patient Type(s) assigned to the associated Patient, or enter a specific Patient ID.
  5. Facility / Provider: Narrow the results by Facility and Provider based on the Facility and Provider assignment on the Patient.
  6. Access: Controls how access records are displayed.
  • All: Displays every access event as a separate row.
  • Most Recent: Displays only the most recent access event per Patient per User.
  1. Sort By: Determines how the report is sorted.
  • Patient ID
  • Patient Name
  • Accessed By
  • Accessed Date
  1. Select Run [F2].
