Use Mappable Fields for Forms

Access the List of Mappable Fields here.
  1. A list of mappable fields is available in the PM System.

Access the Mappable Fields List from the PM System

  1. On the Left Side Menu, click Libraries.
  2. Under Master Tables, click Forms.


  3. Click Add.

  4. Click Print List of Fields.

This procedure opens a printable PDF of all Mappable fields.

Printing from a specific page has its own specific fields. For example, The Appointment mappings will not print on a form printed from the Patient Dashboard.
