Why is the Sub-Ethnicity box unavailable?

  • The Sub-Ethnicity box only opens when Hispanic or Latino is selected in the Ethnicity dropdown.

How do I editPatient's Demographic Information if it was incorrectly entered?

  • Patient Demographic Information can be updated on the Patient Dashboard > Demographics Panel > Edit.
  • Use the Change Log to view previous changes to this information.

When should I enter Demographic Information?

  • Typically, Patient Demographic Information is added by the front desk staff during check-in.
  • This information can also be entered when scheduling a New Patient Appointment or from Patient lookup.

Can the System recognize if an address is invalid?
