Batch Eligibility Overview

Patient Eligibility can be checked in a batch for the Appointments on the Calendar using the Job Scheduler. For documentation on using the Job Scheduler to check Eligibility, select this link: Using the Job Scheduler for Batch Eligibility.

You must use the Calendar for Appointments to check Eligibility in a batch.

EQ Codes

Service Type Codes (EQ) is used to identify healthcare services and benefits. These codes are used when requesting an Eligibility response.
