Add a Direct Scheduling Questionnaire (Beta)

InfoDirect Scheduling is a component of POPS, which is a Premium Add-On Feature. Additionally, Direct Scheduling is a Beta Feature. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Using a Direct Scheduling Questionnaire ensures that Patients and Guarantors are only Directly Scheduling when the designated criteria has been met.

Add/Modify a Questionnaire

  1. From the Scheduling Setup screen, select the Direct Scheduling Questions tab.
  2. Select Add, or select the Modify icon.

  1. Enter a Name and Description.
  2. Call Office Message: Enter the message that will appear if the Patient provides an answer that prompts them to call the office instead of proceeding with the questionnaire.

Questions Panel

  1. Add Question: Adds a blank question under any existing question(s).
  2. Order: Change the order in which questions appear on the questionnaire.
  3. Question: Enter a question.
  4. Answers: Enter the answers that will populate a multi-select list for each question.
  • The green plus + can be used to add additional answers, and the red minus  can be used to remove answers.
  1. Actions: Assign an action to each answer (at least one question must include an answer that allows the Patient to schedule).
  • Next Question: Takes the Patient to the next question in the questionnaire.
  • Directly Schedule: Ends the questionnaire and allows the Patient to Directly Schedule.
  • Call Office: Ends the questionnaire and advises the Patient to call the office (see Step 3 above to set up the Call Office Message).
  1. Select Save [F2].

Delete a Questionnaire

Notes
A Questionnaire can only be deleted if it is not connected to an Appointment Type.

  1. Select the Questionnaire to be deleted.
  2. Select the Delete button.
  3. Enter a Reason.
  4. Select Delete.
