Add a Contact during Patient Registration

Add a Contact during Registration

  1. On the Patient Registration screen in the Contacts panel, click Add or use your tab key.

  2. Patients Relationship to Contact: Enter the relationship of the Patient to the Contact.

  3. Use the Lookup icon to verify that the person is not already in the System.

  4. If not found, enter the Contact's Last and First Name.

  5. If the Contact is Authorized to receive Patient information, select the Authorized checkbox.

  6. If the contact is an Emergency Contact, select the checkbox.

  1. The Contacts address can be copied from the Patient or the Guarantor. If the address is different, enter the address.

  2. Add phone number(s).

After the Patient Registration screen is saved, contacts can be added or modified only on the Patient Dashboard.
