Modify a Contact


Make Changes to the Patient Contact

The Patient Contact can be added from the Patient Registration screen but can only be modified from the Patient Dashboard screen.

  1. On the Patient Dashboard, select Contacts.
  • Do not modify the existing Contact with the new contact information.

  1. Select the Modify icon.

  1. Make changes.
  • Banner Note
  • When modifying this person, the changes will also affect the demographic record if it exists in the System.
  1. Select Save [F2].


Make a Patient Contact Inactive

  1. On the Patient Dashboard, select Contacts.

  1. Select the Modify icon.

  1. Deselect the Active check box.
  2. Select Save [F2].
