Upload Reports to an SFTP Folder

Reports can be uploaded directly to an external SFTP folder.

Alert
An SFTP is required for this workflow. If you cannot host the SFTP, contact Support to have an SFTP hosted for a monthly fee.
The SFTP Settings must be set up before continuing.

Set Up and Save the Report before Scheduling the Upload

  1. Go to the report that will be uploaded. (In the example below, this is the Collection Agency Spreadsheet.)

  2. Complete the setup of the Report using the Filters.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Enter a Title for the report.

  5. Click Save [F2].

Set Up the Automatic SFTP Upload

  1. After completing the process above, click the Calendar icon next to the Saved Report.

  2. For Upload Options, select the checkbox for Upload to external site? 

  3. From the dropdown, select the SFTP site where you want the Report sent.

  4. Complete the other Criteria on the Modify Job Schedule screen.

  5. Click Save [F2].

Cancel or Modify the Job

The Calendar turns Red in the Saved Report Filters after the Job Scheduler is set up, and a Blue Calendar is added.
  • Click the Red Calendar to Cancel the Job.

  • Click the Blue Calendar to Modify the Job.
