Custom Encounter Query (CEQ)
The criteria below produces a list of all active Patients with Medicare as their Primary Insurance.
Policy - Insurance 1: EQUALS Medicare
Policy - Insurance 1 - Inactive: DOES NOT EQUAL Yes (Insurance is Active)
Patient - Active: EQUALS Yes
Totals by: Patient - ID
List of active Patients that have Medicare as Primary and Medicaid as Secondary
Policy - Insurance (1) - ID: EQUALS Medicare
Policy - Insurance (1) - Inactive: DOES NOT EQUAL Yes (Insurance is Active)
Patient - Active: EQUALS Yes
Policy - Insurance 2 - ID: EQUALS Medicaid
Policy - Insurance 2 - Inactive: DOES NOT EQUAL Yes (Insurance is Active)
Totals by: Patient - ID
Custom Patient Query (CPQ)
The criteria below produces a list of active Patients that have Medicare as their Primary Insurance and have been seen in the office in the last three years.
Policy - Insurance 1: EQUALS Medicare
Patient - Active: EQUALS Yes
Patient - Most Recent DOS: GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO (enter date)
Totals by: Patient - ID
