FORCE_TO_PAPER_AFTER_SINGLE_CHANNEL_FAILURE
- DISABLE PAPERLESS AFTER SINGLE EMAIL OR SMS FAILURE
- This setting determines if a Guarantor is removed from Paperless Billing (Notifications) after a single Notification method failure (Email or SMS) or only after all Notification methods have failed (Email and SMS).
- No and (---): Both Notification methods (Email and SMS) must fail before the Guarantor is removed from Paperless Billing.
- Yes: The Guarantor is removed from Paperless Billing after a single Notification method (Email or SMS) fails.
- Note: Voluntary opt-outs (for example, unsubscribing from email or SMS communications) do not trigger this setting. Paperless enrollment is only affected by Delivery Errors.
NOTIFICATIONERRORDAYS
- NUMBER OF DAYS AFTER A NOTIFICATION HAS HARD BOUNCED BEFORE ALLOWING THAT GUARANTOR INTO A NEW STATEMENT BATCH
- This setting is only valid if the NotificationOptOutOnError setting (below) is set to "Opt Out".
- If set to Opt Out, this setting determines the number of days before a Guarantor should be sent a paper statement when their balance notification email is undeliverable.
- When a notification email is undeliverable (usually due to invalid or nonexistent email addresses), and the bad email address has not been resolved, this setting ensures that the Guarantor is billed in a timely manner using a paper balance notification (statement).

- OPT OUT GUARANTORS THAT HAVE A HARD BOUNCE FOR NOTIFICATIONS
- When a notification is undeliverable (usually due to invalid or nonexistent email addresses) choose whether you want to continue to use this notification method for the guarantor.
- Opt Out: Opt the Guarantor out of the paperless notification method when a message is undeliverable.
- Do Not Opt Out: Keep the Guarantor in the chosen paperless method even when a message has come back as undeliverable.
PAPERLESS
- DEFAULT REGISTRATION PAPERLESS OPTION
- This setting controls the practice approach to paperless statements.
- Do you want to send paper statements by default, with the option to opt-in to a paperless statement?
- If YES, choose Opted Out (or ---)
- Do you want your Patient to NOT get paper statements by default, and if they want a paper statement, they will have to ask?
- If YES, choose Opted In (meaning by default new Patients are opted in to paperless statements)
TEXT
