Error - Unable to be Mapped

Error - Unable to be Mapped

A DFT (Charge) Incoming Message can be deleted if it should not be parsed (an encounter created). Determine why the Charges were received with incorrect information so that this can be avoided in the future.

If the DFT is deleted, it will remain orphaned in an unmapped status. If the same values are received again, the message will reappear to be mapped. If you do want an encounter created, you can map it to blank if there is not a field for mapping in the PM system.
Details are in the change log explaining why the message was deleted.

To remove Incoming DFT Messages from the queue:

From Interface on the left sidebar, select the Incoming Messages button which opens the Import Queue

  1. Choose DFT for the Type filter to find the unmapped DFTs.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Select the message to highlight it.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Add a Reason for Deletion.
  6. Select Delete.
