The Employer/Attorney Ledger can be used to provide more information than is on the Invoice. (Libraries > Employer/Attorney Library > ID)
- Select the Ledger link at the top of the Employer/Attorney Dashboard.
- Employer/TPA: The Employer Ledger can be run by the Employer or TPA.
- Patient: Run the Ledger by Patient.
- Billing Office: Select the Billing Office Name from the dropdown to pull information for a specific Billing Office.
- Date Type: Select DOS or Post Date.
- Date Span: Select a Date Range by entering the DOS From and To Dates or select a more specific date period where the DOS From and To will complete depending on your choice.
- Filter by:
- Procedure Code or Procedure Code Reporting Group
- Billing or Billing Reporting Group
- Rendering or Rendering Reporting Group
- Facility or Facility Reporting Group
- Exclude On Demand Invoices: Excludes Invoices that were run On-Demand from the Ledger.
- Select the Options to display on the Ledger. Each one that is selected adds a section to the Ledger Report.
- Billing Info: Billing Office Name, Address, Phone, & Fax
- Employer Info: Employer Name, Address, Email, Phone, Fax, and Website
- Include TPAs:
- Account Summary: Account Summary for the Employer
- Aging
- Receipts: List of Receipts with Received Date, Payment Method, Amount, Unapplied, and Applied.
- Unpaid Visits: List of Encounters that have not been paid with the Patient's Name, DOS, Description of Charges, Billed Amount, Adjustments, Paid Amount, Amount the Employer Owes
- Invoices: List of Invoices; If unchecked, no Invoices will be listed.
- Encounters: List of Encounters
- Patient Name: If unchecked, the Patient's name will not be in any section of the Ledger.
- Enter a Note to print on the Ledger.
- Options for Output, Orientation, Font Size, Cover Page, and Footer.
- Select Run [F2].
