If you have claims for any of the payers below that are still in a status of Clearinghouse Accepted and you haven't already been asked to complete a new enrollment form, please complete a new enrollment form for each affected payer in order to resume sending claims.
Claims already submitted to the above payers that remain in a Clearinghouse Accepted status will be addressed in communication that we hope to be sending out next week.
The payers listed below are the only payers that Etactics is unable to restore real time eligibility services for. Please create a new enrollment if you need real time eligibility services for either of the payers below.
Etactics is continuing to work with Change Healthcare on a resolution to payer ERAs. Please keep an eye out for announcements posted to both the database Home Dashboard and the Help Center in the coming weeks.
