BI: Productivity Dashboard

The System Delievered Productivity Dashboard visualizes data points from the Change Log in the PM System. 

  • Use the Productivity Dashboard to track the activity of PM Users.

This Dashboard presents 5 visuals:

  1. Count or Dollar Amount of Transactions Added
  2. Hourly User Activity
  3. Claim Submission
  4. Claims with More than # Submits
  5. Claim Completion Performance

Use the Controls header to modify the display criteria on the Productivity Dashboard.

Productivity Dashboard Visuals

  1. Count or Dollar Amount of Transactions Added:
  • Displays the Transaction values by User.
  • Productivity Metric Amount Type: Toggle between Count and Dollar Amount in the Controls header.
  • Productivity Metric Type: Select the Transaction Types that will be reported in the visual.

  1. Hourly User Activity
  • Sums the number of fields changed by a User by the Date and Hour.
  • Entity: Select the Entities (fields) that will be considered User Activity.
  • Example: If you do not want to count interactions with Custom Fields as a User Activity, deselect Custom Fields from the list.

  1. Claim Submission
  • Tracks the daily number of Claims submitted per User.
  • The Claim Productivity line represents the average Claim  submission productivity across all Users.

  1. Claims with More Than # Submits
  • Displays the number of Claims that have more than the selected number of submissions.
  • Use the Number of Submissions field to control the number of submissions a Claim must have before it appears in the Visual.

  1. Claim Completion Performance
  • Displays the average number of submissions a Claim has before it is Paid per User.
