Balance Notifications Queue

Notification Queue    

When Statements are uploaded, the Notifications are loaded into the Notification Queue. Future Notifications that will be sent can be found in several locations. For Admin Users, the Notifications are accessible through the Notification Queue link in Modify Statement Profiles. Other locations:

  • Statement Management Dashboard

  • Statement Batch Dashboard

 

Admin > Statement Profiles > Notification Queue

 

Statements > Statements Management Dashboard > All Notifications

 

Statements > Statements Management Dashboard > select the Batch number > Notifications button



Notification Status/History


For troubleshooting, the Current Status and the Status History columns are helpful in determining which Message was used at the time the Notification was sent. Keep in mind the message and delivery will always be based on the highest Dunning Level.
